We received the class assignments for the Merit Badge Forums. The three forum dates and times are on the Troop calendar. The second session is in the afternoon instead of the morning due to a conflict. We will keep the calendar up to date.
Please plan to arrive by 8:30 a.m. in the general purpose room for the first day. This is a class A uniformed event. Do not go directly to the classrooms. The classroom numbers on the attached schedule will change once that information is finalized. Scouts will be released to the classes when we are ready.
Note that due to class conflicts or requests for classes that could not be staffed, there may be scouts in your unit without a full schedule. Changes and additions may be made at the registration desk on the 28th. If you have change requests, come early and check with the registration desk to make changes. Changes in class assignments may not be made without permission. They will issue passes into the changed classes on the 28th.
Some classes may not be available due to their capacities having been reached. At this time Game Design, Sustainability, Citizenship in the World second and third hour, Citizenship in the Nation first and second hour, are completely full and closed to new requests.
